Senior Project Manager/Consultant (m/f/d)
Focus Health Agencies

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement deliveries to Health Agencies and Life Science customers. You will architect and implement innovative solutions with project teams of internal professionals and partners based on the portfolio of EXTEDO.

• You will routinely engage with Director, VP, C-level executives and governing boards at client side (as well by involving EXTEDOs Upper Management).
• You will plan, manage, and execute customer projects across the world and provide periodic progress reports to the customer and to the management.
• You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Development and Support teams to provide the best solution for your customers and driving customer demands into the organization.
• You collaborate with sales leaders and engineering teams to develop strong customer and partner relationships and build a growing business with focus on Health Agencies.
• You support the pre-sales process by explaining the EXTEDO portfolio and services to agencies as well as contributing to RFPs and developing SOWs.
• You analyse business processes and requirements, design and implement solutions together with internal and external teams.
• You lead and deliver high quality output for a variety of customized engagements with customers.

• You are passionate about building and leading successful IT and process transformations within the Healthcare Sector.
• You bring a diverse IT and Project Management background and knowledge of industry IT trends within the Healthcare space (esp. Health Agencies).
• You bring a strong understanding of how IT supports business processes and how to use it to solve customer problems.
• You are the correct blend of both a strongly customer-oriented style as well as an excellent negotiator being able to align & manage customer expectations in order to bring your projects to a successful conclusion.
• You have immerged experience with regulatory processes within Health Agencies and industry.
• You were leading projects involving IT strategy, process optimization, distributed architecture implementation, and hybrid Cloud operations.
• You insist on the highest standards and you deliver results.
• You have excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• You have the ability and willingness to travel.
