• You are responsible to develop, align, and implement a global DEKRA Industrial Assets strategy within Hydrogen together with stakeholders
• With your broad experience in excellent leadership and communication you drive the program forward
• You are responsible for Project Management including time, content, and budget
• You define Hydrogen centric customer segments and adapt existing services into these
• You drive communication and lobbying both internally and externally
• Within Hydrogen you develop, together with our experts, new services, and service packages
• You act as the Industrial Assets speaker within Hydrogen Services
• You propose, select, coordinate, and manage communication with suitable Hydrogen industry alliances

• Degree in the field of Business- and/or Engineering with international leadership experience
• Experience from technical consulting business or the TIC-industry
• Experience from operational management and/or sales management
• Experience from industrial applications in the Hydrogen area is merited, as well as renewable energy production in general. Specifically, Hydrogen connection to materials is an important area to be acquainted with
• Several years of Project management experience is mandatory
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness as well as strong social skills, empathy and team orientation/customer-centricity (also in a digital work environment)
• Open and innovative mindset, strategic thinking, Hands-on mentality as well as structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
• Motivated, visionary, ability to work under pressure and creative drive
